ADSC Conducts Workshop for Youth Goalkeepers
A football goalkeepers workshop for youth attended by 16 coaches from various clubs in Abu Dhabi was conducted by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC) over the weekend.
Presented by Zacharia Ahmed Al Awadhi from the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), the workshop comprised both modern theory and practical instruction for the young goalkeepers.
The theoretical lessons dealt with the importance of psychological preparation for goalkeepers before and after the games, and the practical on training aspects.
Certificates were presented to the attendees by Ali Khamis, Director of Al Ain Football Academy, and Yousuf Armeili of ADSC.
