Attended by Managing Director and Sports Director Al Ain Fans Affairs Office Honored the Ainawi Work Teams
Attended by H.E. Hamad bin Nukhairat, Managing Director of Al Ain Club, and Sultan Rashid, Board Member of Al Ain Football Company and Sports Director, the Al Ain Fans Affairs held an honoring ceremony to celebrate the efforts of the Ainawi Work Teams exerted during the past season 2018-2019.
H.E. Hamad bin Nukhairat honored the sponsoring companies and authorities and the Ainawi Work Teams and expressed his appreciation for their significant contributions to make all the sports events held in Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium successful stories.
The work team consists of more than 500 of Emirati and other nationalities volunteers and formed in Al Ain City since the establishment of Al Ain Club. The goal of forming the voluntary teams was to improve their skills through organizing training courses. Significantly, the initiative introduced many talented volunteers in the fields of sport media, event management, sport medicine and sports marketing.
The initiative kicked off by publishing announcements for recruiting volunteers by Al Ain Fans Affairs Office. Applications were received and the qualified volunteers were selected based on pre-set criteria. The second phase started by holding courses to qualify participants in collaboration with the educational institutions in UAE with the aim to further improve and enrich their experiences.
The Management of Al Ain Club was so keen to furnish all the success grounds to ensure the success of the initiative through cooperating with the international expert houses, in addition to the educational institutions by holding specialized training programs and workshops.
