“Proud to wear Al Ain FC’s jersey”

Ahmad is considered one of the pivotal players on which the national team and Al Ain FC rely on. Barman has been part of the age-group teams in the club’s academy since he was a child and he moved between them achieving various accomplishments with Al Baraem (Buds), and Al Ashbal (Cubs) in what was called “The Purple Squad”.

A group of the academy teams coaches supervised Barman’s training with big appreciation and care for his talent. Then, it was the former Al Ain FC Romanian coach Olario Kozmin’s decision to enroll him into the first team and the player signed a professional contract with “The Boss” in February 2013.

In 2014, the Spanish coach Quique Flores included Barman in the line-up playing the team’s first game in the Asian League held in February of same season. During that game, the player showed an astonishing performance which dazzled the audience, in his favorite position as a midfielder and as his first continental appearance with Al Ain FC beating Qatari Lekhwiya 2-1 in a Home game. Spanish coach Quique said “Ahmad Barman is Al Ain FC and Emirates’ national team future. I didn’t hesitate to push him into the game against Lekhwiya as I was pretty confident of his great potentials regardless of his young age”. Barman always shows his pride in wearing Al Ain FC jersey. The player gained several titles with his team, such as the Arabian Gulf League championship three times,  President Cup one time,  Super Cup one time and Emirati-Moroccan Super Cup one time.
