BOTH TEAMS’ PLAYERS AND FANS DISPLAYED THE PRETTIEST NATIONAL SCENE IN THE BEST STADIUM

LEKO HANDLED THE CIRCUMSTANCES BRISKLY AND WON THE CHALLENGE TECHNICALLY AND IN TERMS OF ORGANIZATION

H.E. Dr. Matar Rashid Al Darmaki, Chairman of Al Ain Football Club Company, hailed the Boss squad performance against Al Jazira and the Coach’ superb and brisk technical assessment. He also extended his sincerest appreciation for the massive numbers of the Ainawi Nation who attended the match, breaking a new record this current season.

“Players faced the exigent circumstances by putting their genuine fighting spirit, commitment, concentration and seriousness on the show since the kickoff whistle until the last second of the top clash matchweek 6 of the league,” he stressed.

Mr. Chairman underlined: “The spirit of the one team dominated the atmosphere and has given the Boss the upper hand despite playing with one man down. This was significantly realized at the organization, technical, and physical levels.”

“We did not feel for a moment that the Boss was playing with ten players and held Al Jazira to a stalemate. Considering such circumstances, draw result is satisfactory. However, Al Ain was the closest to win the match in several occasions and to snatch the three points.”

H.E. Al Darmaki commended the efforts exerted by the organizing committees from Al Ain Club and PLC, along with the Ainawi taskforces and marshals. “They all, along with the Ainawi fans and players of the two teams, displayed the prettiest scene in one of the best football stadiums in the world, marking the UAE Flag Day.”
