In the Professionals’ Cup.. The Boss Declares Official Qualification to the Quarter-Finals from Al Fujairah

Al Ain FC has officially qualified for the quarter-finals of the Arabian Gulf Cup after their deserved victory over the home team Al Fujairah by 3-1 in matchweek 5 of Group B held at the Stadium of Fujairah on Monday 12th November 2018.

The Boss took the lead in the first half by 1-0 when Caio Lucas scored in the 23rd minute from the penalty point. In the second half, Al Ain strikers added two goals when Jamal Marouf scored in “59” minute and Caio scored the third goal at the 77th minute. Al Fujairah scored their only goal by Ahmed Moussa at “86”.

By this result, Al Ain secured their spot in the Gulf Cup quarter-finals, as they top Group B’s table with 12 points from five matches. Meanwhile, Fujairah occupy the sixth spot with one point, having played one less game.
