Al Ain FC has officially announced that the new playmaker of the Boss squad, Kazakh Islamkhan Bauyrzhan, “26 years old,” has already signed his contract with the Boss. The new player’s contract extends until the end of the current season.

The Kazakh professional footballer last played for and captained, Kairat in the Kazakhstan Premier League.

Al Ain head coach, Portuguese Pedro Emmanuel, expressed his pleasure to have Islam onboard. “Islam is a quality player who enjoys quality skills. I do not doubt that he is the right man in the right position to boost the strength of the Al Ain team. I am so happy, and I am sure Al Ain fans will be happy also to have him on the team. He enjoys the value-added qualities and will be able to make the desired difference. I wish him and his teammate all the best.”

Commenting on the players’ fitness and readiness to play this Saturday’s matchweek 15 of the Arabian Gulf League against Al Wasl, he said: “Islam has just completed Kazakhstan league with his former team last December. He continued his training sessions, and he did not train only in the last two or three days in preparation to join the Al Ain team. I hope that he will be fully ready and fit to play our next match against Al Wasl, and he either will be included in the starting VI or will be on the substitutes list.”

On his part, Kazakhstani Islam Khan extended his sincerest gratitude and appreciation to the Al Ain Club and head coach, Pedro Emmanuel, for their confidence and decision to have him as one of the Boss’ family member.

“I know the value and position of the Al Ain FC and fully aware of what I am meant to do to defend the team badge in the upcoming matches. I will spare no effort to do my best to achieve the Club’s goals and make the Ainawi Nation happy,” the newly arrived player stated.

Islam added: “Al Ain enjoys an unbending reputation that precedes the team wherever they travel. It is the Club that challenged Real Madrid in the FIFA Club World Cup- UAE 2018. Indeed, it is the Club with a distinguished history of achievements and championships, and above all, the only UAE club that clinched the title of the AFC Champions League. Biography:

born 23 February 1993 in Taraz city in Kazakhstan. He is one of the most prominent footballers in Kazakhstan, and several coaches and expert critics, along with Kazakh fans expected him a bright future in the football world.

Islamkhan came up through Taraz’s youth academy and impressed from an early age. He made his first-team debut in 2011 in the Kazakhstan Premier League match at the age of 18. Next season he became the captain of the club when he was just 19 years old. In 2013, he signed a three-year contract with Kuban Krasnodar of the Russian Premier League. In 2014, he signed to Kairat FC and stayed with the team until he joined the Al Ain squad in 2020.
