Mohammed Ahmad Signs to Al Ain Until 2024

Al Ain Club has officially announced renewing the contract of Al Ain team and UAE National Football Team defender for additional five seasons ended by 2024. He is the fourth player to renew his contract during the current week, in addition to the Japan’s Shiotani, Khalid Eisa and Ahmad Barman.

H.E. Mohammed Obaid “Hammad”, Board Member of Al Ain Football Company and General Supervisor of the First and Reserved Teams, stated that Mohammed Ahmad expressed his sincere desire to remain with the team and defend its logo despite he is in his last six months of his contract. He also stated that the Club’s management showed its interest to renew his contract whishing him all the best in his career and be able along with his teammates to achieve the desired goals.

Hammad went on to say: “Work is ongoing to sort out the important issues that are serve the best interests of the team to ensure that we will be back to right track. We did review the CVs of certain foreign players and there is another list of new local players we are planning to communicate with to fill the gaps in certain positions. We hope that we will finalize these issues shortly.”

On the current conditions of Mohammed Ahmad following his recovery from his knee injury, he said: “He has already concluded the medical treatment and enrolled a final recovery program. It is expected that he will be ready to join the Boss squad during the summer camp which will start with the home camp and then the away camp.”
