Sultan Rashid Holds A Meeting With Al Ain Junior Players Prior the Kickoff the Outreach Program in Japan

Sultan Rashid, Board Member of Al Ain Club Football Company and Sports Director, held an important meeting with five players of the U-16 Team attended by Abdullah Ali, Administrative Supervisor of Al Ain Football Academy, and Ali Khamis, Technical Manager of Al Ain Academy Football.

The meeting was held prior the departure of the 5 players selected to join Japan’s camp, namely: Shehab Al Oalaqi, Khalid Al Saadi, Khaled Waleed, Sultan Al Nuaimi and Zayed Khalid. They are leaving to Japan along with the Abu Dhabi junior players delegation as part of the fifth phase of the joint cooperation agreement signed between Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC), Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE) and Japan Professional Football League (JPFL).

During the meeting, Sultan Rashid stressed the importance of adhering to the administrative instructions and technical plans, as is the case in Al Ain Club during the outreach period to achieve the desired technical and physical gains. He further pointed out: “Anyone who wears the logo of any sports institution in our dear homeland is held liable to represent UAE with great honor and pride prior the club that he belongs to.”

“Choosing any junior players for the away outreach program is an important opportunity that he has to make use of it professionally. Players should make use of any moment to achieve the desired gains meant to be achieved through holding such important developmental programs.

By the end of the meeting, Sultan Rashid expressed his deep appreciation for the sincere efforts exerted by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council to develop the performance of the capital’s clubs wishing all players the best of success.
