The Boss Stars Participate in Al Ain Hospital initiative to mark the “World Heart Day”

Considering the vital role played by Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club in establishing the concept of the comprehensive sports club whose role is not limited to the sporting aspects, the stars of the Boss squad Jamal Marouf, Mohammed Hilal and Mohammed Ali Shaker accompanied by Obaid Al Dhaheri, the Corporate Communications Officer, paid a visit to the Al Ain Hospital located in Al Jimi District on Sunday 29th September 2019 on the occasion of World Heart Day.

Al Ain Club delegation was received by Dr. Mohammed Salem Bin Thaloub Al Deri, Chief Operating Officer of Al Ain Hospital, and Abdul Rahman Al Maamari, Director of Marketing, Public Relations and Media, along with medical, technical and nursing staff.

The Ainawi players visited the heart patients in their wards and wishing them a speedy recovery and to be able to overcome the health conditions. The players also presented to the patients valuable Ainawi gifts. They pray to Allah Al Mighty to recover soon and back to their healthy life enjoying their times with their friends and families.

By the end of the visit, Al Ain players expressed their sincere gratitude to the staff of Al Ain Hospital for granting them the opportunity to share them the joy of marking the World Heart Day. They all stressed that such humanitarian initiatives reflect the club’s sound principles and Al Ain Club’s values.

They also commended the warm reception of Al Ain Hospital officials and medical staff. They underlined that they learned a lot out of this visit, particularly making the patients happy and satisfied, in addition to the valuable information presented by cardiologists at Al Ain Hospital about identifying the symptoms of the heart disease and how to handle them.

Dr. Mohammed Salem Bin Thaloub Al Derie expressed his sincere gratitude and appreciation to Al Ain Club management and players for their valuable participation in the campaign launched by Al Ain Hospital Campaign marking the World Heart Day.

“The participation of the Al Ain Club in this occasion reflects the interest of the club in the humanitarian aspects and their passion for putting a smile on the patients’ faces whose health conditions did not help them to stay out of hospital,” Al Deri said.

He added: “Such medical and community initiatives through which we are so keen to visit patients in their wards help them positively to improve their psychological status and change their mood.”

Al Deri concluded his statement by saying: “This visit reflects the sincere desire of Al Ain Club to stand by the patients, to raise their morale and to provide psychological and moral support for them.”
