In line to enhance the internal operation process for constant evolution to achieve highest standers, Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club held at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium a workshop around the importance of internal operational process for all employees across all subsidiaries
Heba Obeidat, Development Director at Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club, delivered a detailed presentation around the internal system for strategic planning according to the business forecast for all different companies of the Club, and steps to performance evaluation for individuals, departments and the organization as a whole.
The workshop achieved to reinforce the commitment of Club’s vision mission and institutional values.
