Al Ain loses to Al Dhafra
Al Ain Club team lost his matchweek 18 of AGL to the home team, Al Dhafra 2-1. The match was held on Thursday 25th February 2021 at Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Stadium, Al Dhafra Club.
Al Dhafra took the lead in the first half through Senegalese Makiti Diop “34”m but the Togolese Laba Kodjo equalized for the Boss from a penalty kick in the beginning of the second half and at the “50” minute. Makity Diop scored his personal goal and the second goal of his team from the penalty point “77”. The match ended with the home team’s victory over Al Ain, 2-1.
As a result, Al Ain’s balance freezes at point 30 and remains in fourth place “temporarily” on the standing table, while Al Dhafra raises its score to 20 points remains in tenth place.
