Amouri recognized on the sideline of training
In parallel of their exercising today evening at KBZ Stadium in preparation for their AGL Round 10 versus Al Wasl, Al Ain FC’s Captain Omar Abdurrahman was thrown a surprise party by H.E Ghanem Mubarak Al Hajeri, Al Ain FC Company Chairman along with the coaching, admin staffs and the players in recognition of winning the ‘Asian Footballer of the Year 2016’ Title.
At his entry into the playground holding the award, Omar was warmly received with a round of applause by his celebrators which he highly appreciated.
After extending his deep congratulations, H.E Al Hajeri confirmed that a person’s success, whether individual or collective, can’t be made possible without support and help from people around. “Omar plays in an environment of excellent; that’s why I believe that everyone here had a hand in Omar’s award,” he said.
Wishing everyone all the best, Al Hajeri said: “I’m quite sure every player will be motivated by this award when they play their next matches.”
