Fans Choose Hadid “Man of the Match”.. The Boss Thrashes Al Dhafra by 4-0
Al Ain came from behind to earn a 4-1 win over Al Dhafra at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium in matchweek 5 of the Arabian Gulf League on Saturday, 7th November 2020. The first half ended by a 1-1 draw.
Al Ain scored by Togo’s Laba Kodjo at “27 and 90”, Japan’s Shiotani “90” and Fahad Hadid “90”. Al Dhafra socred their sole goal by Mikhail Rosheuvel at “20”
Laba did not score the second penalty kick at “53”. The head coach of Al Ain was forced to replace Angola’s Welson Edwardo after 22 minutes due to an injury. Hadid was his replacement, and the fans awarded him the title of the “Man of the Match”.
This marks Al Ain’s second win of the season as they raised their tally to eight points. On the other hand, Al Dhafra fell to their second defeat in a row and are frozen on seven points.
