Once a ticket is purchased, it is a condition of sale that there are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges. By purchasing a ticket, a customer is automatically accepting all terms and conditions on the back of the ticket. Attendees are encouraged to read the terms and conditions prior to entering the venue.
It is a condition of sale that the tickets may not, without the prior written consent of the Organizer, be resold at a price above the face value of the tickets or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions) or to in any way enhance the demand for any goods or services. If a ticket is sold and/or used in breach of this condition, the Organizer reserves the right to deny admission to the bearer of the ticket. Please also note that any proposed invitation or other material in relation to the tickets containing any image or material forming part of the intellectual property rights of Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium without the Organizers prior written consent, is an infringement of the intellectual property rights and all rights and remedies in this respect are reserved.
The Organizer will determine the nature of the problem, and if it is deemed that the customer’s tickets are replaceable, the customer will be contacted and advised where and when to pick up the replacement tickets. Replacement tickets can only be picked up by the Credit Card holder with the original credit card used in the purchase.
The replacement of any ticket(s) automatically cancels and voids the previous barcoded ticket(s).
Yes, anyone who enters the venue will require a valid ticket. Children under 12 need to be accompanied by an adult.
It is not recommended to bring babies due to the nature of crowd behavior and the noise levels, which if excessive and over a prolonged period of time, could damage an infant’s hearing. Children of all ages require a ticket, including babies.
Strollers are not permitted into the stadium and there are no provisions for storage. Customers are urged to leave strollers in the car.
The concession stands are open from when the stadium doors open to the general public (generally 2 hours prior to kick off), till the end of the match.
No professional cameras are permitted in the stadium. A professional camera is deemed to be a camera where anything can be attached to it i.e. camera lenses. Small personal cameras are allowed into the stadium.
Printed regulations can also be found at the entrance gates as customers enter.
The police are responsible for the searches conducted and will confiscate all contraband items; customers may be able to retrieve a confiscated item after the match however the stadium cannot accept any responsibility for these items.

Yes, all residents of the UAE should carry National Emirates ID at all times as a matter of law. All overseas visitors much carry at least one form of photographic ID such as a passport or driver’s license, whilst at the stadium.

Yes we do have provisions for prayer in dedicated areas of the stadium. Prayer carpets are laid down so customersdo not need to bring any prayer mats.
Mobility impaired customers are urged to enter the stadium through a dedicated entrance between Gate 5 and Gate 6. There are plenty of disabled parking areas around the stadium, please refer to the parking map for further details.
Women and families are urged to purchase tickets in the dedicated sections of the stadium, which will ensure access through Gate 2 where they will be searched by female police officers.
Women and families can enter through any gate, but female search officers are only located at Gate 2.
Women away supporters will be searched at the entry point on gate 9 - again searched by female police officers.
