In the Presence of H. E. Al Hajeri Football Sector at Al Ain Club Organizes 1st Festival of Private Football Academies

In the presence of H. E. Ghanim Mubarak Al Hajeri, Chairman of Al Ain Football Club Company, the Football Sector at Al Ain Club, organized on Friday 12th May at the premises of Al Ain Football Academy the “First” Private Football Academies Festival. The event was attended by six academies, namely: The United, Munich, Stuttgart, Ball for All, German Academy and Al Ain Football Academy.
Ali Masarri, a member of the Board of Directors of Al Ain Football Club, was the General Supervisor of the Ball and Branches School and Khwaiter Al Dhahiri, a member of the Board of Directors of the Al Ain Club for Sports and the owners of Al Ain football academies.

the festival was also attended by Ali Masarri, member of Board of Directors of Al Ain Football Club Company and General Supervisor of Football School Sector and Branches, Khwaiter Al Daheri, member of Board of Directors of Al Ain Sports Club and owners of private football academies in Al Ain, in addition to players’ parents.
Mr. Ali Masarri said in his welcoming speech, “The launch of the First Private Football Academies Festival is the official announcement of commencing collaboration and promoting relationship ties among the private academies and Al Ain Club. It is indeed a culmination of three months of coordination and intensive and fruitful meetings with the owners of academies and head coaches. We do hope such a level of cooperation will continue in the future to achieve the desired goals.”
As for the key goals of the past meetings, he pointed out, “The main objective is to attract the largest number of players to join the club following assessing the quality and skills of the academies’ talented players in accordance with well-defined plans and specific standards for attracting significant players.” He added, “The Football Sector at Al Ain Club strives to have an idea on the level of quality players available in all private academies.”
He stated,” A technical committee has already been formed of members representing all the private football academies in Al Ain. This committee is fully supported by Al Ain Club. Furthermore, we have future plans, including organizing festivals according to a technical vision and away from the idea of competitive competitions which are of no value at early age stages.”
