Mohammed Bin Thaloub: The “Whites” Achievement Makes the Nation Happy
Mohammed Bin Thaloub Al Deri, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Group- AFC Asian Cup, UAE 2019, extended his sincerest congratulations to the UAE wise leadership on the victory of the UAE Football National Team over Australia, reigning AFC Asian Cup Champs.
He stated: “Winning the champs of the 2015 edition of the cup made the whole nation happy where men of Zayed were up to the occasion and challenge while playing against a big team whose squad is full of great big names. It is an honour for all of us for such a big achievement and the loyal fans deserved to be congratulated for such a great achievement considering their attendance and continuous support for the team. The players fight strongly and bravely while defending the flag of our dearest homeland enthusiastically and willingly. They did invest in the unlimited support of our wise leadership to the sector of sports and youth.”
He added: “This victory means a lot for us and for the UAE football. It is the achievement of collective work of the coaching team under the command of the Italian coach Alberto Zaccheroni and the assistant coaching and administrative teams, as well as all those who contributed to this honourable achievement. Also, I congratulate to the loyal fans who were behind the victories achieved by such an elite team whose journey did not have an end in this tournament.”
