Shiotani: We are Required to Win Sepahan
The Al Ain’s defender, Japan’s Tsukasa Shiotani, stressed that it is essential to winning the next round5th match of ACL-2020 against Sepahan FC.
“We have to be highly focused and deal with all the match’s details in the spirit of the one team. We have to fight as of the kickoff whistle until the last minute to win the three points,” Shio stated in the pre-match press conference.
Commenting on the massive number conceded due to the backline’s mistakes, he said: “I cannot deny that I am responsible as it happened within my area of responsibility. This forces us to improve our performance and be up to it.”
He stated that this is something of the past, as stated earlier by the head coach, and that the team sets their sights to improve their performance in the upcoming matches.
