“Our mission tomorrow will not be easy, given that the suspension period extended for a long period. However, we must fight and take our chances because we do believe that we can do so. I believe that there nothing impossible in the world of football. We are simply Al Ain,” the international Togo Laba Kodjo stated in the pre-match press conference of his team’s deferred round-3 match of the AFC Champions League 2020.

On his expectations of the result for tomorrow’s match and chances to win the title of ACL-2020, he stated: “In my career, I learned that it is all about deeds, not words. We are to focus, fight, and do our best to achieve our objective.”

He added: “We have to play as one team to defend Al Ain’ crest and make ourselves and fans happy. Everything is possible in football, and we do trust each other.”

He concluded by pointing out that nothing prevents his team from winning the title, though it is too early to talk about it as “we are focusing on each match independently.”
