Granting the opportunity to the young players through the Cup tournaments is a decision we made before the current season kicks off<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We are working to equip all of our team players with all that is required to compete for the title of all tournaments<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vladimir <\/span><\/span>Ivi\u0107<\/span><\/span>, who is the Serbian head coach of Al <\/span><\/span>Ain<\/span><\/span> first football team, expressed his cheerfulness over the output of his team\u2019s young players during their match vs <\/span><\/span>Kalba<\/span><\/span> Club, which was over with a positive 2-2 result, during the third round of competitions of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup \u201cADIB\u201d, he also emphasized that the team was looking for a victory to be claimed, but the positive draw is considered an acceptable result in light of the match\u2019s circumstances and its momentum.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

During the post-match evaluative press conference, the Serbian head coach of Al <\/span><\/span>Ain<\/span><\/span> first football team said the following statement: \u201cWe entered the match with a sought after goal to claim victory, but due to match\u2019s momentum and the circumstances we encountered, we can say that we are satisfied with one point. We played the match with a lineup that consists of 11 players who did not play together before, even though we saw several positive sceneries, especially from the young players who delivered a satisfactory output.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

He also explained: \u201cFrom the current season\u2019s kick off, we made a decision to take advantage of this tournament and grant the opportunity of participating to the players who did not have much time to play through the AFC Champions League and ADNOC Pro League football tournaments, with a sought after goal to check on their capabilities and evaluate their readiness through the official matches, which have a different nature and requirements than the training sessions.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Al <\/span><\/span>Ain<\/span><\/span> Club\u2019s Serbian head coach added the following statement: \u201cI am feeling satisfied with the output of the young players, especially that some of them participated for only one time with the first team, which is an experience that is not easy in light of the huge difference between the age categories and the first team\u2019s matches. They showed several positive aspects, and now we have a much clearer picture over the capabilities of several players and what they are capable of delivering for the team in the coming future.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Al <\/span><\/span>Ain<\/span><\/span> Club\u2019s head coach pointed out to the importance of expanding the team\u2019s base of ready players, so he said the following statement: \u201cWe are playing through a busy season with local and continental matches, and we need a big list of players capable of delivering the required addition when needed. So, it is important to grant the real opportunities to participate, so we can evaluate their capabilities and work on their development and equipment for the upcoming matches.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
