During his team\u2019s introductory press conference for the match that will be bring together his team Al Ain football club vs their guest football team of Al Nasr on the day after tomorrow (on next Tuesday) on the pitch of Hazza Bin Zayed stadium, which is also taking place during the 13th round of competitions of ADNOC Pro League football tournament, Khalid Al Hashimi, who is a center back defender for Al Ain first football team, said the following statement: \u201cBig teams are meant to come back again to their natural positions no matter how big the challenges they are facing, so I would like to emphasize to you that we are working very hard <\/span><\/span>in order to return to the correct path of triumphs, as well as to restore our continuous streak of victories and to satisfy our loyal fans.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Commenting on the question over the state of dissatisfaction that is present among the loyal fans of Al Ain football club over the team\u2019s overall performance, due to a decline in the overall level of the team\u2019s performance during the current season, Khalid Al Hashimi explained the matter with the following statement: \u201cOur fans\u2019 reproach is proportionate to their love for the team. So, these criticizing statements are considered natural to be said in the realm of football when a football team is undergoing a state of claiming negative results out of its matches. Accordingly, we have to focus our concentration over boosting our overall performance on the pitch, as well as to work hard in order to realize the sought after ambitions of our loyal fans and to show up with the required level of performance that is good for us and up to everyone\u2019s expectations.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Over the reasons that is behind the decline in the team\u2019s overall performance, he said the following statement: \u201cWe have to be reflecting reality when considering our performance. That being said, we were performing very well during our participation in AFC Champions League football tournament, on the other hand, our performance was unsatisfactory when we participated in the other football tournaments. So, we have to show up with the fighting spirit and the strong desire to change the image according to which the team had appeared during the current sporting season. This sought after change could be realized by carrying out the directives of our head coach and by implementing his ideas on the pitch.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Over his absence from the team’s starting lineups, taking into consideration that he is considered one of the fundamental pillars of the team\u2019s starting lineups and whose name is associated with the great continental accomplishment and the impact of this absence on him, he said the following statement: \u201cThe pitch is considered to be a source of encouragement for the football player, so the minutes he spends playing on the pitch to defend the logo of the team with which he is affiliated are to be considered the true challenge he will be working to <\/span><\/span>overcome. So, in case I could be absent from the team\u2019s starting lineups, I will be working hard to double up my efforts in our team\u2019s training sessions and inside the gym in order to be available at the required state of readiness whenever the opportunity is available for me to seize. As for my concentration, it is now focused on improving my overall performance and to prove that I am capable and in possession of a useful set of skills. So, the most important matter for me will always be to see my team coming back again to its natural position and to see our team realizing the sought after aspiration of our loyal fans everywhere we go.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

He went on by saying the following statement: \u201cI am not considering the accomplishment that we have managed to achieve as much as I focus my concentrate over claiming more titles with my team in the coming future, because the football tournament which we managed to claim its title is now considered something from the past, so as long as you are affiliated with a big club you are always required to continue rising up the coronation podiums, which is something that cannot be realized if we did not stop looking back to events that took place in the past.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
