Leonardo Jardim:<\/span><\/span> We have been working on the rearrangement of our team\u2019s current situation in order to come back again to the true path of triumphs<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We are required to show up with the great enthusiasm and the strong desire to claim victory and return with the upcoming match’s three points<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Leonardo Jardim, who is the Portuguese head manager of Al Ain\u2019s first football team, emphasized that he has made a number of modifications within the squad of Al Ain football club in order to rearrange the team\u2019s current situation as well as to restore the sought after balance of play, he also pointed out that the results of the most recent matches were not up to the sought after performance, he also said the following statement:<\/span><\/span> \u201cWe had four available days in between the last two matches and our upcoming match vs Khor Fakkan football club, so, during this period of time, we were keen to prepare the team in line with the required manner, we are also looking forwards to show up with the great enthusiasm and the immense desire to claim victory in our upcoming match, so we can come back again to the true path of triumphs.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

As for the policy he adopted in order to improve the team’s current situation in light of the most recent decline of Al Ain\u2019s results, so Leonardo Jardim explained by saying the following statement:<\/span><\/span> \u201cAs I have already told you before, on the time being the team is in lack of the effectiveness on the striking side of football.<\/span><\/span> So, if we looked back upon Al Ain\u2019s last matches we will find that we are creating so many scoring chances in front of the competing team\u2019s net, but we are facing difficulty in transforming those available scoring chances into goals.<\/span><\/span> Accordingly, we are required to show up with the great enthusiasm and the immense desire to claim victory in order to come back again to the true path of triumphs, and this sought after goal can only be realized by infusing the spirit of high enthusiasm within the squad.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Al Ain’s head manager added the following statement:<\/span><\/span> \u201cWe were not capable of scoring goals in the net of those teams who are competing to rise up the top position of the tournament\u2019s standings table, while we were capable of scoring in the net of those teams who are not competing to rise up the top position of the tournament\u2019s standings table.<\/span><\/span>So, we need to improve our team’s effectiveness on the striking side of football.<\/span><\/span>On the other hand, I think that the team was successful on the defensive side of football, which was through the restoration of its balance by avoiding to receive goals in our net, while all of this success was thanks to the reliance on a strong and coherent defensive ecosystem on the level of the entire squad.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Leonardo Jardim concluded his speech by saying the following statement:<\/span><\/span> \u201cI think that<\/span><\/span>football teams will always be facing challenges to overcome when they will be missing the services of some starting players.<\/span><\/span>So, the big football teams need to find the alternative solutions by preparing all of the team players to face the upcoming challenges.<\/span><\/span>Because the realm of modern football relies on the involvement of all players within the team\u2019s lineup as distinctive options, so that we can tackle the absence of any player from the team\u2019s starting lineups.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
