Hafeit Sports Challenge\u2019s supreme organizing committee, chaired by Saleh bin Hudairem Al Katibi, adopted the addition of chess tournament to the list of tournaments, so the total number of included sports in the current edition has become 21 different sports, in a step that aims to boost sports diversification and to grant the opportunity for society\u2019s different categories to participate in this big sports event.<\/span><\/span> It has been scheduled to launch the competitions on next Sunday\u2019s evening within the attached gym to Al Qatara\u2019s Tahnon Bin Mohammed stadium, among vast participation of professional and amateur players.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The tournament aims to attract chess lovers from different age categories and technical levels, with concentration over the support of young talents and giving them the opportunity to compete through thrilling and competitive atmospheres.<\/span><\/span> It has been scheduled to hold the matches according to the classical and fast chess systems, among precise organization that meets the highest professional standards.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Salem bin Hudairem Al Katibi emphasized that including chess in Hafeit Challenge comes within the tournament\u2019s strategy that aims to diversify sporting activities and to boost social participation, explaining through the following statement:<\/span><\/span> \u201cHafeit Challenge is no longer just a sporting event, but it is an integrated sporting carnival that boosts interaction between society\u2019s categories and supports the adoption of healthy lifestyles.<\/span><\/span>Chess is considered an exceptional addition, taking into consideration what it holds of strategic and intellectual dimensions, that boost participants\u2019 skills of thinking and analyzing, it also represents a new milestone in Hafeit Sports Challenge\u2019s journey, which continues to show a comprehensive sporting module that combines mental and physical competitions, for the sake of boosting its position as one of the most prominent social sporting challenges through the region.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Tomorrow, Al Qatara\u2019s Tahnon Bin Mohammed stadium will host the final match of institutions tournament, which qualifies to Hafeit Sports Challenge’s Super Cup final.<\/span><\/span>The upcoming match will bring together Al Ain \u201cA\u2019\u201d team and Al Ain \u201cB\u201d team, where the first team is led by Ali Sultan and Faris Juma\u2019a, while the second team includes a squad of the club\u2019s legends, among whom we have Hilal Saeed, Hameed Fakher, Waleem Salem, Omar Gharib, Shihab Ahmed, Fawzi Faiz, Khalid Abdulrahman, Salem Abdullah, Mohammed Abdulrahman \u201cAjab\u201d, and Abdullah Mal Allah.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Al Ain \u201cB\u201d team qualified to the final match after defeating Al Ain Municipality team through penalty kicks, when match\u2019s total time was over with a positive draw (1-1). While Al Ain \u201cA\u201d claimed victory over Aghthia by scoring one goal without response, so the team claimed the qualifying ticket to the final match.<\/span><\/span> The winner will meet the champion of neighborhoods tournament on next Monday on the same pitch.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The quarter finals round of competitions of neighborhoods tournament resulted in the qualifying of Al Murkhania team to the semi finals after claiming victory over Al Thaher with the score of (3-0), while Neema team defeated Zakher team by scoring one goal without response.<\/span><\/span> Al Faqei team managed to claim the qualifying ticket to the semi final round of competitions after claiming victory over Shebat Al Watah team with the score of (2-0), while Al Merial team was the last qualifying team after claiming a big victory over Al Mutared team with the score of (4-2).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Al Sarooj team has been crowned champion of the cricket tournament<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Al Sarooj team continued to brilliantly perform through Hafeit Sports Challenge’s cricket tournament, where the team was crowned with the tournament’s title after claiming a sweeping victory over Hai Al Jahili team with the score of (94-48) in the final match.<\/span><\/span> Semi finals matches witnessed great thrill, as Al Sarooj team defeated its competitor, Mazeed team, by one point in difference (42-41), while Al Jahili team managed to qualify to the final after claiming victory over Al Muaijai team with the score of (25-24).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Al Ain and Abu Dhabi meet in the final match of the football tournament for the people of determination<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Al Ain club\u2019s people of determination team qualified to the final match of the football tournament for the people of determination, where the team will meet its counterpart Abu Dhabi club\u2019s people of determination team on next Monday on the pitch of Al Ain club stadium for the people of determination.<\/span><\/span> Al Ain\u2019s qualification came after claiming a big victory over Abu Dhabi Center for Care and Rehabilitation with the score of (5-0), while Abu Dhabi club\u2019s people of determination team claimed the qualifying ticket after claiming victory over Al Ain Center for Care and Rehabilitation with the score of (4-2), these results came in the semi finals round of competitions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
