Vladimir Ivić, who is the Serbian head coach of Al Ain first football team, emphasized that his team is keeping up the usual hard work with the highest degrees of rigorousness for the sake of fortifying the team’s lead on the top position of ADNOC Pro League football tournament, he also stressed that competition momentum is gradually increasing with the advance of competition stages.

During the pre-match introductory press conference for his team’s upcoming match vs Al Dafrah Club during the 12th round of competitions of ADNOC Pro League football tournament, the head coach of Al Ain first football team explained that the coaching staff is well aware of the competing team’s development during this sporting season, as he said the following statement: “We are assuming the top position from the first round of competitions, we are also keen to maintain our lead on the tournament’s top position by delivering our best performance on the pitch of play, but the task is not easy, because all teams are playing against the leading team with a great motivation to claim victory.”

Al Ain Club’s head coach added that maintaining the top position on the tournament’s standings table requires a different mentality, so he emphasized through the following statement: “We have to show a greater desire than our competing teams, and this is the true challenge that we need to overcome.”

Over his team’s preparations on the mental level, the Serbian head coach explained that his team’s preparations go way beyond the technical aspects of play on the pitch, as those preparations include daily follow ups as well as the group and individual meetings.

Al Ain Club’s head coach concluded his speech with an emphasis over the great importance of continuity and improvement, by saying the following statement: “Every match grants us several new lessons to learn, while our sought after goal is the continuous improvement on the individual and group level, because this is the core essence of our work.”
