Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club was established in 1968 in the City of Al Ain. It has evolved to become one of the most decorated sports club in the UAE.
Football was the first activity offered by the club. However, as the club’s popularity started to gain momentum, it registered teams in volleyball, handball, basketball, athletics, swimming and other competitions. In all endeavors, the achievements of these teams upheld the club’s mission to be ranked one of the best in the world.
With the advent of professionalism in sports, the club has taken on a new challenge to expand its administrative and commercial horizons to capitalize on the commercial interest in sports.

Argentine Hernan Crespo has established his name in the coaching world as one of the most prominent coaches, based on his strong character, exceptional tactical understanding, and his close relationship built on the family spirit and unified team. He leverages his experience gained from being one of the legends of the Argentine football, contributing to significant achievements and carving his name in golden letters, making him one of the most popular players worldwide.

Al Ain has three stadiums with international standards and UAE Pro League requirements, the Khalifa Bin Zayed Stadium, theTahnoon Bin Mohammed (Al Qattara) Stadium and the iconic new 25,000 seat Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, one of Al Ain city’s most recognized landmarks.
Al Ain FC has a trophy cabinet that houses domestic, international and even continental silverware, including the Gulf Club Champions Cup and the Asian Champions League.
