Al Ain represents the UAE in the U19 international Tournament in Morocco

As part of Al Ain Club strategy and vision to create a promising generation of football talents and enhance the framework in Football Academy Sector according to the highest professional standards, Al Ain will participate in the 8th edition of the U19 international Tournament, hosted by the Mohammed VI Football Academy in the Kingdom of Morocco from April 22nd to 26th, with the participation of 16 teams representing 13 countries from 4 continents.

Al Ain Club will represent the Asian continent alongside the Qatari Aspire Academy, in a tournament in which a selection of the world’s most prominent clubs and academies will participate, including Villarreal, Spain, AZ Alkmaar, the Netherlands’, Leeds United and Nottingham Forest, England, Palmeiras, Brazil, Boca Juniors, Argentina, Monaco, France, Hajduk Split, Croatia, Vitoria Guimaraes, Portugal, as well as Mohammed VI Academy, Fath Union Sport and RS Berkane, Morocco, Como, Italy, and Stade Rennais, France.

The Boss “Al Zaeem” will participate in Group C, which includes Boca Juniors, Argentina, AZ Alkmaar, the Netherlands, and Nottingham Forest, England, and is considered one of the strongest groups due to the diverse and historical football schools in terms of talent development.

Al Ain participates as part of its strategy aimed at developing young talents, by providing opportunities to challenge different football schools at a high competitive level, contributing to enhance the players’ technical and mental readiness.

In this edition, the tournament witnesses an increase in the number of participating teams from 12 to 16, a step that reflects its expanding international scope and strengthens its position among the most prominent tournaments for the age groups worldwide.

The tournament represents a high-level competitive platform that allows young players to acquire experience and learn about different playing styles, in a professional environment that contributes to preparing them for the requirements of modern football.
