Al Ain Club signs a new contract with the Dutch midfielder Teun Gijselhar coming from Real Club Deportivo de A Coruña

Al Ain Club announced the signing of a new contract with the Dutch midfielder Teun Gijselhar, coming from Spain’s Real Club Deportivo de A Coruña, as a loaned player for one season.
The Dutch midfielder joined the training sessions of Al Ain first football team, in preparation to take on the upcoming matches during the current season.
The Dutch midfielder expressed his cheerfulness over joining the ranks of Al Ain Club, emphasizing over his enthusiasm to start a new experience with the team, so he said the following statement: “I am feeling very happy for being here and I am thrilled to start my journey with Al Ain Club. I am well aware of the Club’s history and its claimed titles, while everyone I spoke with stressed over the team’s great value.”
Al Ain Club’s Dutch midfielder added the following statement: “The claimed titles of Al Ain Club speak about its great value, as they are a football club used to compete for the sake of claiming victory with all means possible, and I am here to contribute in realizing more. The Dutch midfielder progressed through the academy of the Dutch Club AZ Alkmaar, then he moved into PEC Zwolle, then he arrived into the ranks of the first football team and participated in Dutch Eredivisie.
Afterwards, he moved into the Dutch Club De Graafschap through the sporting season 2025-2026, with the team he played 39 official matches, then he moved into Spain’s Real Club Deportivo de A Coruña through the summer of 2026, and from that team he reached Al Ain Club as a loaned player.
