Al Ain Club fortifies its lead on ADNOC Pro League’s top position thanks to the two goals scored by Laba in the net of Kalba Club
Al Ain first football team managed to fortify its lead on the top position of ADNOC Pro League’s standings table after claiming a deserved victory by scoring two goals without any response on the expense of its guest Kalba Club. This victory came in the match that brought the two teams together on today’s evening on the green pitch of Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, during the ninth round of competitions of the local ADNOC Pro League football tournament.
Kodjo Fo-Doh Laba, who is the international Togolese forward player for Al Ain first football team, scored match’s two goals in the minutes of 26 and 47, leading the Boss to claim a new deserved victory and to raise its aggregate up to 23 points on the top position of the tournament’s standings table. With match’s second half’s kick-off, Al Ain Club continued to impose its dominance on the forward line of play, then Laba managed to add his team’s second goal in the minute of 47, so he emphasized over his team’s supremacy. With today’s two goals, Kodjo Fo-Doh Laba increased his aggregate up to 129 goals in the local ADNOC Pro League, so he occupied the seventh position on the tournament’s list of top scorers, he also fortified his distinguished numbers vs Kalba Club after contributing to 15 goals during 11 matches at ADNOC Pro League (11 goals and 4 assists).
A third goal was about to be scored for Al Ain Club on the 55th minute of today’s match, but the competing team’s post declined Laba the third goal in light of an apparent advantage for the Boss.
