About Us
Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club was established in 1968 in the City of Al Ain. It has evolved to become one of the most decorated sports club in the UAE.
Football was the first activity offered by the club. However, as the club’s popularity started to gain momentum, it registered teams in volleyball, handball, basketball, athletics, swimming and other competitions. In all endeavors, the achievements of these teams upheld the club’s mission to be ranked one of the best in the world.
With the advent of professionalism in sports, the club has taken on a new challenge to expand its administrative and commercial horizons to capitalize on the commercial interest in sports.

Vladan Ivić is the Serbian football manager and characterized with his wonderful tactical style of play and his high ability to improve the overall performance of the teams that he becomes in charge of, which is something that has always been boosting his coaching value and leads him to realize the sought after successes within the teams he is in charge of, in addition to reaching their future sought after goals.
The Serbian football manager Vladimir “Vladan” Ivić started his football career as midfielder, where he played for several football clubs, the most notable of which are as the following:
• Fudbalski klub Partizan, often referred to in English as Partizan Belgrade football club
• Bursaspor Kulübü Derneği, commonly known as Bursaspor football club
• A.E.K. Football Club, known simply as A.E.K in Greece and AEK Athens internationally
After retiring from playing football, he moved into the field of coaching, then he started his coaching career with the Greek football club PAOK FC, where he led his team to claiming the title of the Cup of Greece. Then he took over the task of training Maccabi Tel Aviv football club, where he claimed the title of the local Pro League football tournament for two consecutive times. He also took over the task of training Watford Football Club of England in the year of 2020 and FC Krasnodar football club for the year of 2023-2024, then Al Ain sports and cultural club signed a new contract with him.

Al Ain Sports & Cultural Club was established in 1968. Over the years, it became the most decorated club in UAE.
With the advent of professional sports, the club took on a new challenge to expand its commercial vision and help the club to maintain its role as a dominant sporting force in the UAE. Emphasizing its status as a pioneering spirit, Al Ain was the first club to employ professional football players in the UAE, the first club in the region to achieve ISO certification and the first club to receive the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award.
Al Ain has three stadiums with international standards and UAE Pro League requirements, the Khalifa Bin Zayed Stadium, theTahnoon Bin Mohammed (Al Qattara) Stadium and the iconic new 25,000 seat Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, one of Al Ain city’s most recognized landmarks.
Al Ain FC has a trophy cabinet that houses domestic, international and even continental silverware, including the Gulf Club Champions Cup and the Asian Champions League.
