Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club to enhance cooperation and partnership between the two parties.
The Memorandum was signed by Brigadier General Musallam Mohammed Al Ameri, the Acting Director of the Abu Dhabi Police’s Criminal Security Sector and Rashid Abdullah, Executive Director of Al Ain Investment Club Company.
Brigadier General Musallam Mohammed Al Ameri, the Acting Director of the Abu Dhabi Police’s Criminal Security Sector emphasized Abu Dhabi Police’s commitment to promoting partnership and collaboration with Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club, as well as various government entities, aiming to foster continuous communication and coordination with national institutions, which is considered a crucial principle in achieving future aspirations.
A press conference was held on the sidelines of the Memorandum signing ceremonies at the Chairman’s hall at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium for enhancing joint activities and promoting social responsibility in line with the vision of the two parties in serving the community, in the presence of Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters officials, Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club employees, their respective companies, and various media representatives.
In the beginning of the press conference, the Executive Director of Al Ain Investment Club Company delivered a welcoming speech, through which he conveyed greetings from the Board of Directors of Al Ain Investment Club Company, chaired by Mohamed bin Thaaloob Al Derei. Moreover, he commended the crucial role played by Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters in fostering the highest standards of professionalism in supreme policing and ideal professionalism, positioning the UAE Police as one of the best in the world, which, in turn, brings pride and appreciation to every citizen and resident of this noble land.
“Today, we are proud to announce the signing of a joint Memorandum of Understanding between the champion and “Al Zaeem” of Asia, representing our beloved country and the entire Asian continent in the Continental Championship and the FIFA Club World Cup, and Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, which recently won the Global Excellence Award from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) to be the first police institution to receive this prestigious international award, achieving a 7-diamond rating, which is the highest award in institutional excellence worldwide. This confirms the current shared vision of both parties in representing the state honorably. Hence, we must reiterate our congratulations to Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters with great appreciation, asking the Almighty God to enable all our national institutions in various sectors to translate the vision of our wise leadership and crown the journey of giving and leadership with excellence, distinction, and success on all international platforms,” he continued.
