Vladimir Ivić, who is the Serbian head coach of Al Ain first football team, emphasized that being affiliated under a big team with the size of “The Boss” represents a big responsibility, he also confirmed that the pressures which are related to claiming the big results are considered a natural part of working within a club that is always ambitious to compete to claim the title of all football tournaments.

During the introductory press conference for his team’s upcoming match vs Baniyas football team, Vladimir Ivić, who is the Serbian head coach of Al Ain’s first football team, said the following statement: “It is wonderful to be the head coach of a big team with the size of Al Ain, but the most important thing is to be well aware of what is required from me as the team’s head manager. We are also working at a big club who is only satisfied by occupying the advanced positions on the tournament’s standings table, so we have to be up to this responsibility.”

Over facing Baniyas football team in the team’s upcoming match, the Serbian head coach of Al Ain’s first football team explained that this match represents a new challenge which requires total concentration, so he said the following statement:

“We do respect the ambitions of the competing team and we are well aware of their capabilities, but our concentration is now focused on ourselves. While our sought after goal is to claim victory, no more no less, while every result that is less than claiming the match’s three points will not be satisfactory for us. So, this is the sought after goal that requires us to be prepared very well and to start the match with the highest levels of seriousness and discipline.”

Over the tactical side of play, the head coach of Al Ain’s first football team emphasized over his adherence to the adopted style of play within the team, so he said the following statement: “We do have a clear system of play on the defensive and forward sides of football.Moreover, we do work on a daily basis to further improve the total performance of our players inside and outside the pitch, we are also keen to clearly offer the instructions and to make the suitable decisions at every stage of play. While our sought after goal, through every match we play, is to perform very well on the pitch and to claim victory, so this is the fundamental rule from which we proceed.”

The Serbian head coach of Al Ain’s first football team spoke about the defensive side of football within the team, while he considered that maintaining a clean sheet through the team’s most recent match is considered an indicator over the disciplined work, so he said the following statement:“Even though, we still have too much of space to improve. We also need to maintain the high spirit of play, as well as the strong desire to keep improving our overall performance, because success only comes from the  continuous work and the constant desire to improve in order to show up with the best performance on the pitch.”

The Serbian head coach of Al Ain’s first football team concluded his speech with a message to the fans of Al Ain football team, so he said the following statement: “We are well aware of how great your aspirations are.So, we will show up with the best performance we can deliver through the final stages of competitions of this season, so we can satisfy our fans and make them feel proud of this football team.”
