Crespo: We weren’t at our best against Al Gharafa
Argentinian coach Hernán Crespo, manager of Al Ain, said after his team’s 4-2 loss to Al Gharafa: “We weren’t at our best, and we made some mistakes that cost us the three points. Al Gharafa played well and deserved the win.”
“We managed to come back after trailing by two goals and showed strong determination to achieve a positive result, but we weren’t at our usual form during the game.” Added Hernan Crespo.
Al Ain coach concluded by saying: “We have an important match in the third round at home against Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia, and we need to review some aspects and correct the mistakes that appeared in order to regain our balance.”
