Ahead of Flying to Spain.. Sergiy is Ready to Lead the Squad First Training Session Tomorrow
The Boss Players Conclude Medical Examinations and All set to Kickoff Home Pre-Season Training Camp
This evening, the Boss squad concluded their medical examinations, which actually started on 1st July 2021 at the Czech Hospital in Al Ain under the supervision of the Medical Committee.
The players were divided into several groups during the past days in line with the precautionary measures in force in the UAE to combat the outbreak of the Corona virus “Covid-19”.
According to the program approved by the team’s coaching staff, Al Ain squad is scheduled to launch the initial phase of physical preparations this Saturday 11 July 2021 at Khalifa Bin Zayed Stadium under the leadership of new Ukrainian head coach, Serhiy Rebrov, before flying to Spain in the second week of this month.
Dr. Suhad Trebinjak- Head of Rehabilitation Department at the Czech Hospital in Al Ain and Consultant at FIFA Medical Center, said: “Today we completed the basic medical examinations for all Al Ain team players in preparation for the new season and the challenges awaiting the Boss in various tournaments.”
He added: “It is certain that the pre-season comprehensive medical examinations are highly important. The team players are subject to these comprehensive medical checkups to determine their safety by conducting the ECG, blood and muscles tests, and even a PCR nasal swap to ensure they are free from COVID-19 per the examinations approved by UAEFA and FIFA protocols.”
Dr. Suhad concluded his statement by expressing his pleasure that everything went well and in the right manner wishing the team all the best in the coming new season.
