Al Hajeri Receives Abedi Pele at HBZS
H.E. Ghanim Mubarak Al Hajeri, Chairman of Al Ain Football Company, received on Sunday 9th December 2018 Ghana’s football star and Al Ain former player Abedi Pele at the Hazza bin Zayed Stadium. Obeidi Pele has arrived in UAE recently following receiving an invitation by Al Ain Club to attend the FIFA Club World Cup- UAE 2018.
Al Hajeri availed the opportunity to express his deepest pleasure to receive one of the most popular football legends who defended the logo of the Boss during his significant career as star footballer. “Pele’s loyalty to this lofty sport entity made him in direct contact with all our staff and we are really pleased and proud to have him here as a dear guest to support the Boss in this large-scale international sport event.”
Abedi Pele expressed his sincerest gratitude and appreciation for the management of Al Ain Club for their kind invitation. He stressed: “Al Ain is not a club I played for in my long career, indeed I feel that this place is part of my heart for the prevailing family spirit I experienced and most importantly the constant communication among the different generations of players. This what makes this club unique.”
He also expressed his personal appreciation for H.E. Ghanim Al Hajeri for his remarkable initiative and hospitality wishing the Boss all the best of luck in their first participation in this international competition.
