Al Sahbani: We all Proud of Honoring the Boss by the Leadership in the Year of Zayed
Matar Obaid Al Dhaheri “Al Sahbani”, Manger of Al Ain Team, expressed his sincere appreciation for His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of Al Ain Club and Chairman of Al Ain Club Honorary Council, for his warm parental reception for its profound impact on boosting the motivation of the team be fully ready to win all the coming challenges.
He added: “It was an honor for Al Ain FC to be received by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed. This requires us to redouble our efforts and win more titles in the year that marks its golden jubilee. We were so proud to be honored by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed while we are the champs of the double historic titles in the history of the club, that are the President’s Cup and the Arabian Gulf League. We do look forward to winning more tiles locally and intercontinentally.” Al Sahbani stressed that this year the team has several competitions and on top is the AFC Champions League and the FIFA Club World Cup. The latter has a peculiar status as Al Ain is representing UAE and the world competition is scheduled to be held in UAE. He stated that this gives Al Ain Club a great honor as they are playing on our land and among the Emiratis fans, and particularly the Ainawi Nation.
“The reception of Al Ain Club members was on an ideal time. It matched the great kickoff of the season by clinching the full points of the matches the team has played,” he stated. He also indicated that the kind words and wise directives of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed were a message to all players to keep going with the same momentum and focus on the coming challenges and achieve greater achievements than ever. Al Sahbani concluded by stressing that Al Ain is a big club which has excellence on top of its priorities and instills it in all its generations.
