Bandar: proud to be ‘home’ again
Introducing himself in a press conference, Al Ain’s new contract, Bandar Mohamed Al Ahbabi, said” “Iam back again to my ‘home’ to play for one of Asia’s most prestigious football teams. I am happy that coach Zlatko wanted me back to the place where I first started my career and made it all the way up to the first team. In short, I am proud to join Al Ain again.”
Al Ahbabi expressed his extreme appreciation to the Club’s leadership Their Highnesses the Sheikhs, as well as the Club’s Board of Directors and coach Zlatko Dalić for the trust they have invested in him, vowing to show his best and be up to the fans’ expectations.
“I knew it was only a matter of time before I sign for Al Ain again. The four seasons I have played for Al-Dhafra and Baniyas served as a perfect opportunity to prove myself worthy of being a key player in the AGL”, he added.
“I’d like also to thank our fans for the important messages and wonderful designs they have launched via social media network to celebrate my return. If anything, this would further motivate me to do my best alongside my fellow players in order to fulfill the desired objectives since we bear a big responsibility of winning all titles”, he concluded.
