Dawood attaches greater importance on Al Nasr’s game
Al Ain’s player Dawood Ali regarded their immediate match versus Al Nasr as more important than their earlier match versus Al Ahli because the former would try hard to shake off their last loss. “Therefore, we need to maintain higher attentiveness and fewer mistakes,” he noted.
He attributed his excellence performance versus Al Ahli last time to his experience while he was playing for Al Shabab; “But it was challenging to face them for the first time with my new team of Al Ain; I was anxious to meet the expectations of Al Ain’s management, players and fans and to prove that I was worthy of defending Al Ain’s name. Thankfully, we won and got the three points,” he added.
He added that he had gain enough experience to cope with the difficulties associated with important games and to manage the fans’ negative or positive comments. “Personally, I was very happy to make my first appearance as a key player with Al Ain and to win the game.” He concluded.
