Commenting on a question about the secret of the improvement in the team’s results and the stardom of the star players, he said: “There is no secret in the glow of the team’s players. It is about the players’ self-confidence and sustainable influence in all matches. I hope it will be the same case in our next match against Al Jazira. I believe that players should know well that we did score five goals in our match against Ajman and four goals in the Al Dhafra match, but the most important issue we have to focus on is the defensive system of the whole team.”
Rebrov hailed the team’s performance: “I started to see balance in the team’s main lines and that players started to worry about defensive mistakes, and they began to help each other. This made a difference in the whole team’s performance compared to the beginning of the season. Indeed, this is the target that I am trying to achieve. I always explain to the players the significance of this aspect to the team as a whole.”
He pointed out that the team is significant for experiencing a balance in fulfilling their defensive and offensive duties.
He also stressed that it is crucial to close the chapter of previous matches and that the players should enjoy high focus and seriousness in preparation for the next game against Al Jazira.
