We Closes the Match’s Chapter and Starts Preparing for Our Match Against Al Jazira

Ukrainian head coach of Al Ain Team opened the post-match media conference by extending his sincerest gratitude to the Ainawi Nation for their continuous and fervent support during the whole minutes of the match. 

“The presence of the fans promoted the team’s strength and enabled the team’s players to achieve the best result ever,” he said.

Commenting on the match result, he said that the match ended when Al Dhafra’ player was sent off the field with a red card in his pocket.

He added: “All of us are happy by this great result; however, we snatched only three points. We have to stop our celebrations and focus on our next match against Al Jazira.”

As for replacing Bandar Al Ahbabi, he said: “Actually, Bandar is fine but I preferred to keep the good players for the next match once I realized we won the match result.”

As for Laba Kodjo not celebrating scoring goals as usual, he pointed out: “I believe there is nothing unusual; on the contrary, he is at his best conditions. He is so happy with he had achieved tonight.”

Rebrov commented on the way players celebrating scoring goals in UAE league saying that it takes long time and often some players intentionally doing that in slow motion to consume time.

He concluded his statement saying: “This reduces the actual play time, and I do not ask my players to do so.”
