INAUGURATING 10TH EDITION OF HBZ U-16 INTERNATIONAL FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT 2018
Under the theme of “Year of Zayed”, the 10th edition of Hazza Bin Zayed U-16 International Football Tournament was launched at Tahnoon Bin Mohammed Stadium in Qattara in the presence of Sheikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Sorour Al Dhahiri, Member of the Honorary Board of Al Ain Club, Ahmed Humaid Al Mazrouei, Vice Chairman of Al Ain Club Football Company, and Sultan Rashid, Member of the Board of Directors of Al Ain Club Football Company and Sports Director and Charman of the Organizing Committee. The festivities accompanied the inauguration event included heritage show by “Bin Nu’man” Band presented “Al Azi” music and performance that received lots of commendation and appreciation by all spectators.
In his welcome speech, Sultan Rashid stressed the Organizing Committee is so keen and willing to pursue the success of one of the most important international competitions dedicated for junior players and underlined that the tournament holds a very dear name to all of us. He welcomed the teams participating in the new version, wishing everyone a quality stay in UAE and achieving the desired gains from their participation in HBZ U-16 International Tournament.
Ahmed Humaid Al Mazrouei announced the official inauguration of the 10th edition of the tournament amidst a big round of applause marking the launch of an important stage of the competition between the participating teams to achieve the positive results and compete fervently to clinch its title.
