Alireza Mansourian, the Manager of Iran’s Esteghlal Tehran FC, acknowledged the difficulty of the game against Al Ain FC, asserting that: “I’d like to welcome the delegation of the UAE team, one of Asia’s strong teams at present. I also confirm that we have a great desire to win the dame; a matter which can be achieved only by exploiting the available resources, particularly on our stadium, in this tournament in particular, because there are tools that support the home team, including the strong audience support, and I hope that Azadi Stadium be full of audience in order to inspire the players versus Al Ain”.

I am fully aware that the football fans of Iran in general, and supports of Esteghlal Tehran FC in particular, will not miss the change of watching one of the strongest games in the Eighth-Finals round, and, most importantly, contribute with the players to achieving the first win over Al Ain which has not yet been beaten in the Asian tournament. He added.
Mansourian went on saying we have all required information about the rival team which has an elite of the highly skilled footballers under the leadership of Omar Abdurrahman, the best player in the Continent, and managed by the renowned Head Coach Zoran Mamic. Moreover, we are going to set the most appropriate technique to outplay and outperform the rival team. We have some slight issues due to the absence of some distinguished players, but remaining players are on the top fitness and readiness for the match through which we are going to make the required technical balance for the sake of beating Al Ain FC.
