Commenting on the match held of Friday against Al Wasl, he said: “It is expected that resuming official matches after a one-month break would have an impact on all teams’ performance. Results of all teams are a clear evidence where all first leg matches of the Pro League Cup ended by draw result except one match.”
He added: “We are fully aware what we are meant to do at this stage. We have full confidence in the team’s players and coaching teams to handle all circumstances well.”
Abdullah Ali pointed out that the head coach held a meeting with all players to analyze the squad’s performance and to correct the mistakes. He stressed that sights are set for the coming match against Al Nasr and already closed the chapter of Al Wasl match.
