The Croatian Zoran Mamic, the technical manager of Al Ain FC, expected a very strong game for his team against the host team Esteghlal Tehran FC on its playground and among its fans, asserting that “The fourth group is one of the strongest groups in the AFC Champions League this season. Commenting on a question about whether he fears losing a number of key players against Al Hilal FC, especially as he has more than one player who got yellow cards during the previous rounds, he said: “I do not think at all about the game against Al Hilal S. F.C., and the whole attention and focus of my team is dedicated to our match against Esteghlal Tehran.
On the most important players who miss the game against Esteghlal Tehran, he said: “The team will certainly miss the efforts of the Brazilian Caio Lucas, who did not accompany us to Tehran because of injury”.
