Al Ain Argentine coach, Hernan Crespo, expressed his dissatisfaction with his team’s performance and the final result of the match against Al Wahda. “We should work to minimize errors as I believe that such errors are an integral part of the game that contributes to improvement and development. We should also demonstrate our offensive efficiency in converting opportunities into goals through showing our true qualities, identity, and courage in facing all challenges as this is the concept of football for me as coach seeking to achieve our club’s targets,” he emphasized.
Commenting on a question about the impact of players’absences on the performance and result of the match, Crespo stated: “I’m not seeking to make excuses. We all realize the importance of the players we’re missing today and I talked with the players in the changing room after the match about our badneed for creating opportunities and believing in their capabilities. I need the efforts of every player and we work as a team to get back on the right track.”
