On a Historical Night.. The Boss Crowned with the PLC Pro Cup Title

On a historic night that witnessed the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, and in a wonderful festive atmosphere amid great Ainawi joy, the “Boss” was crowned with the title of the PLC Pro Cup after defeating Shabab Al Ahli.

The Boss won Shabab Al Ahli by 5-4 after the original time of the match ended in a positive tie with two goals for each team. The Cup final match was held on 4th May 2022 at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium in Al Jazira Club.

The first half of the game ended with Shabab Al Ahli taking the lead by 1-0. Al Ain scored through Laba Kodjo goal at “53” and Caio Canedo at “75”. Meanwhile, Shabab Al Ahli scored through Federico Cartabia at “28-81”.
