Mohamed Saeed Busenda, Al Ain goalkeeper, stressed the importance of winning over the Emirates and said: “We know that our mission is not easy especially after our opponent’s 0-4 loss in Round 1, which would motivate them to make a comeback and get a positive result in the game against Al Ain.”

“We respect out opponent’s ambitions, but Al Ain always plays to win, so we are required to concentrate, follow the technical instructions and not to be hasty. I wish my team the best of luck to increase our tally to six points in the beginning of the Arabian Gulf League”, he added.

Regarding pressures expected in his first participation from the beginning of the game, he said: “First of all, I wish my brother and teammate Khaled Issa a prompt recovery; he’s the top goalkeeper in UAE. Certainly, the trust and support I am receiving from the coach Zlatko, the goalkeepers’ trainer David, the administrative staff and all my teammates motivate me more to do my best and show a praiseworthy performance that matches my own ambitions and satisfies our fans.”

“It’s not a secret that Khaled Issa always supports and encourages me during the training sessions and the official games I participate in, it enhances my motivation to show my best performance”, he added.
“Every player wearing Al Ain jersey knows their responsibility to defend it. Personally, I believe that this opportunity is a big challenge for me and I will show that I deserve to wear this valuable jersey. Finally, I hope that I will be up to the trust I have received”, he concluded.
