Al-Ain Dutch coach, Alfred Schreuder commented on today’s encounter stating that we did not do our best against Al Bataeh, asserting that: “We were aware that our mission would not be an easy one in comparison to the result of the 1st leg match. However, we achieved the most important target that is defeating the visiting team which I personally believe that it is an organized and strong team, which was well–noticed in their performance against Al Wahda”.
“I’m proud of the performance of the young players who participated in today’s match. 3 players of U-18 team and a player of U-20 team were given the chance to participate and they showed a good performance and proved they are trustworthy, in particular Abdelkarim Traoré”, Schreuder continued.
