Rebrov: Our Chances to Win the League Title Are Still Valid and Sights Are Set to Win the Final Match of the President’s Cup
“We lost two important points dramatically,” Sergiy Rebrov opened the post-match press conference of matchweek 24 of ADNOC Pro League held on Sunday 23rd April 2023 at Bani Yas Club Stadium.
He went on to say that he explained to the players the significance of maintaining high levels of concentration during the whole minutes of the match, considering that the opponent team is known for their agility and speed.
He added that the squad should focus on the clash final match of the President’s Cup.
“We created many chances to score, but we scored only two goals. We dominated the match but players were in rush in the last few meters. However, our chances to compete to win the league title are still valid,” the head coach of Al Ain Team concluded.
