Sarki ascends to the top of the goal scorers Al Ain’s reserve team strengthens its position at the top of the Professional League with 27 points

Al Ain’s reserve team achieved a crucial victory against the host team, Khorfakkan, with a score of 2-1 in the match held this evening at Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Stadium. The match was a rescheduled from the 9th round of the Under-21 Professional League.

In the first half, the home team “Al Za’eem” took the lead with two goals, scored by Hallero Sarki from a penalty kick in the 45th minute and Joslin Dumbia Own Goal in the 45+2 minute. In the second half, Yasser Hussein managed to reduce the deficit for Khorfakkan with a goal in the 69th minute.

Sarki scored his 7th  goal in the competition, putting him on the top with Mohammed Ibrahim, a player from Ittihad Kalba FC.

With this victory, Al Ain strengthens its lead in the Under-21 Professional League with 27 points, while Khorfakkanremains in second-to-last place with 5 points.
