Leko: Andrija Enjoys Quality Skills and Has A Brilliant Charisma

Al Ain FC has recently concluded all official procedures of joining the young Serbian player, Andrija Radovanovic “18 years old”, within the category of “Resident Players” as of the new season 2019/2020 for three coming seasons.

Mohammed Obaid “Hammad”, Supervisor of the first and reserved teams, pointed out that the new player was subject to a probation period during the team’s away summer camp. “He was under the head coach radar and tested him during the summer camp. Based on Leko’s technical report and the approval of the competent Technical Committee and the Board of Directors, we signed a three-year contract with Andrea.”

“According to the policy adopted by Al Ain FC, work is underway to further boost the strength points of the team by singling out and joining new resident players and those born in UAE until the end of the summer transfer window,” Hammad added.

Hammad also underlined that the policy of the club on contracting with new players takes in consideration the head coach’s vision and his technical requirements, and subject to the approval of the Technical Committee and ratification of the Board of Directors.

On his part, Ivan Leko expressed his pleasure with concluding the deal and joining Serb’s Andrija to the Boss squad.

He stated: “I believe that the newcomer is an added value to the team, given that he is still young. He passed the test period successfully during the second phase of the summer away camp following presenting himself elegantly and showing his quality skills during the team’s friendly matches and training sessions.”

The head coach of the Boss signed off by wishing him along with his teammates all the best to achieve the desired goals in the new season.
