The Ukrainian, Al Ain coach, Sergey Rebrov, confirmed that his team is fully prepared, both physically and mentally, to face the Al Wahda team, stressing: “Despite the pressure of the matches, the players are fully aware of the importance of the two championships and the crowning of the ADNOC Professional League and League Cup titles, and we are well aware of how important this match is for the league championship and we are preparing for it like any normal match, like other matches.”

He added: “The match is important for Al Wahda, not Al Ain. The difference is four points, and I cannot see this match as critical. For me, it is not more than three points.”

He also pointed out that the difference was six points and that Al Ain Tam might win the three points or lose them, and “that is it!”.

“We have to play seriously with no pressures. Also, there is no need to be nervous and should know well how to snatch the match’s three points,” Rebrov stated.

He put an accent on the fact that players should enjoy self-confidence because Al Ain is the top team of the league so far, and all should know this well. Meanwhile, he emphasized the importance of playing seriously, given that Al Wahda currently enjoys a good organization.

Rebrov addressed a message to the fans, pointing out: “I am sure that the fans are eagerly waiting for this match, and my message to the fans is not to separate our match against Al Wahda and other teams. We are ready for all matches.”

He hailed the fans, saying: “I hope to see them in the stands to support the team, as we used to see them in all home and away matches and anywhere because they are Al Ain fans and come to encourage and support Players.”
He also stressed that there is no need for excessive excitement among the fans who will attend the next match.

Rebrov signed off, saying: “I will be happy to see the fans behind the team and to be there as we all work hand in hand and the one team spirit.”
